Coconut Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 pinch ground psyllium husk powder
  • 4 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 pinch salt

 

instructions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a non-stick saucepan over low heat
  2. Stir constantly until you achieve your desired texture
  3. Serve with coconut milk or cream
  4. Top your porridge with a few fresh strawberries / berries and nuts
